9. Research the following:

• What environmental injustices have occurred and are occurring in your Hub's community?
• Who is affected, and what organizing is occurring to dismantle the injustice?
  • Is that organizing being led by those most impacted?
• What has your hub's approach been thus far in supporting local environmental justice movements in your community?
  • If none, what would your plan be to start, and how would you articulate why it's necessary for your hub to support? Pretend you're trying to explain this to an unsympathetic hub member who thinks we just need to focus on direct action at a congressional office to demand a Green New Deal and that any other tactic is a waste of time.

3. Prepare to share everything you took away from #1 and #2 with the rest of the class for ~10 minutes. If you think a presentation would help you do this, please put one together! But if you just want to talk through things - that's fine too!
